Over 10 Years of Veterinary Experience

Since early childhood Dr. Rod has always been drawn to animals he would regularly find and attempted to nurse back to health injured animals. Through out his early teenage years he volunteered for a small local zoo which shaped his goals for the future. These goals were later solidified when he volunteered at a monkey rehabilitation program in South Africa, there he came to the conclusion that he would apply to veterinary school. Dr. Rod Arad graduated Cum Laude from Kansas College of Veterinary Medicine, while he focused his studies on exotic and wildlife medicine. He completed an internship in exotic animal medicine at the Animal House of Chicago and completed several externships at wildlife clinics both in America and abroad. He is currently studying for his Aquatic certification and ABVP small mammal certification. Dr. Arad belongs to several veterinary organizations: The American Veterinary Medical Association, The Association of Avian Veterinarians, The Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians, The Association of Reptile and Amphibian Veterinarians, and World Aquatic Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Arad is always looking for alternative means of treating his patients, over the last 2 years he has been studying at the Chi institute and will be certified in the very near future.

Dr. Rod started RAAM Innovative Veterinary solutions after working in the field for more than a decade and seeing areas where he can improve the quality of care. RAAM was founded with the premise that we can offer concierge convenient quality veterinary care and local/international outreach programs. Dr. Arad is very passionate about education and attends multiple educational symposiums throughout the year in the united states and abroad. He has a strong interest in exotic animal medicine and hopes to become Board certified in Avian and Reptile/Amphibian in the next few years. While studying for his exams he hopes to use his skills to help non profit animal welfare organizations.

Dr Arad and his wife live in Massachusetts with their dog Max and three cats Sidaya, Zambo, and Jinxie. They have a steady stream of injured/convalescing creatures that pass through there home on their way to their forever homes. In his spare time Dr Rod practices several forms of martial arts, reading and hiking.

Hi, I'm Jasmine

Jasmine has been working in the veterinary profession since 2007. She started her career as an animal care Technician working primarily with exotic animals, and moved to a canine/feline practice. Jasmine Started as a receptionist at the previous practice she worked for, and quickly moved up to Hospital manager. Throughout her veterinary career, she has strived to learn all aspects of veterinary medicine. This led her to work as a Technician in addition to running the hospital. In 2019, Jasmine decided to embark on the next leg of her veterinary career Journey and assisted in the founding RAAM Innovative Veterinary Solutions Inc. When formulating the corporation goals she placed a strong emphasis on education, compassion and client experience. Jasmine believes that increased knowledge will translate into a richer more complete client experience.

When not working Jasmine lives with her wife Alex, their dogs Peanut, Roxie, Benjamin, and their avian friend Petie. She enjoys traveling with her wife and lived in Brazil for 3 years where she learned to speak Portuguese. She has a strong love of cooking and spending time with her family. She also volunteers at local dog/cat shelters and the rhode island parrot rescue. If you are lucky and become part of the close knit RAAM family you might get a chance to sample her cooking.
